Floppy eared puppy tossed
away in lifes inpenetrable dream,
living the ways when things were,
when time never,
when you used to ,
when you touched me,
when you loved Me.

Wicked cobwebs dozing over long forgotten fur,
dulled nose waxing gleam,
shining from the way you used Me,
the way you rubbed Me,
the way you dragged My nose along the carpet.

Long forgotten the days of seamlessly eternal rough houseing,
feelign your arms around me as we slept,
you whispered to Me,
in the darkness,
stay with Me,
guard me from the demons,
that haunt my dreams.

Silently I stayed,
thanklessly,
I stayed,
I fought the abandonment that threatend you in your dreams,
I wouldnt walk away from you,
I couldnt walk away from you.

Cloying elephantine darkness, laying forgotten in the dust,
broken dreams forgotten with cumming of age,
forgotten over the sound of creaking bedsprings,
forgotten in the comfort of anothers arms.

Lost,
Abandoned.
